We like fresh yeast. Really fresh yeast.

Since Omega Yeast is practically in our backyard, we order from them regularly and are proud to feature Omega as our primary liquid yeast line. It’s a great way for us to keep our selection fresh while supporting a fantastic local yeast company.

But we also know brewers are particular about their yeast—and for good reason. Maybe Wyeast is your go-to. Maybe you swear by Imperial. Maybe White Labs has the strain that makes your beer.

We’re fans of all four.

So while Omega is what you’ll typically find on our shelves, we’re happy to special-order Wyeast, Imperial, or White Labs for you. If you have a particular strain in mind, just ask.

Because when it comes to yeast, fresh is good, the right strain is better, and making the beer you want is best.
