This yeast strain was traditionally only available to Professional Breweries. Give it a try before it is gone.

An enthusiastic top cropper from Düsseldorf. This strain ferments at low temperatures with a clean, low ester profile. Light fruit emerges at the higher temperatures. Features quick maturation. Yeast stays in suspension. Little to no diacetyl. Try also Kolsch II (OYL-044) or even West Coast Ale I (OYL-004).

Perishable and food items, such as grain, hops, and yeast, are not eligible to be returned. Fulfillment mistakes that result in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be unused. All refunds will be in the form of a store credit that you may use towards purchases in our store. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
