This yeast strain was traditionally only available to Professional Breweries. Give it a try before it is gone.

An enthusiastic top cropper from Düsseldorf. This strain ferments at low temperatures with a clean, low ester profile. Light fruit emerges at the higher temperatures. Features quick maturation. Yeast stays in suspension. Little to no diacetyl. Try also Kolsch II (OYL-044) or even West Coast Ale I (OYL-004).

*PLEASE NOTE: When ordering liquid yeast, we strongly recommend purchasing an ice pack to ship along with your yeast pouch. Ice packs only help the yeast stay cold longer, they will not guarentee your yeast remains cold throughout it's entire journey or on arrival, especially during the summer months. We will not ship liquid yeast with an ice pack unless it is purchased.
