Perfect for beginners, extract brewing uses pre-made malt extract to save time and simplify the process. Quick, easy, and requires minimal equipment—ideal for getting started.

**All-Grain Brewing**  
For advanced brewers, all-grain offers complete control over flavor and ingredients. It’s more involved and equipment-heavy, but delivers maximum customization and authenticity.

Our very own Perfect Brewing Supply Recipe. This Beer Brewing Kit is our take on an American West Coast Original. Fermented with a lager yeast, but one that’s selected to thrive at the cool end of normal ale fermentation temperatures. This Beer Kit has a slightly malty flavor. It features the Northern Brewer hop, which has a woody and earthy aroma, and showcases a light copper color and a slightly fruity flavor with toasted caramel notes.

**During Summer months we highly recommend optioning for dry yeast.

**When choosing liquid yeast, there is a $1.50 surcharge for ice packs for shipping to ensure your yeast gets to you safely.
