Wort Rally 2026 – Belgian Dubbel

Wort Pickup: Saturday, January 24, 2026
Location: Buffalo Creek Brewing – Long Grove, IL

Price: $55 per 5 gallons
Goal: Raise $10,000
Cash donations are also accepted, just put in the notes " Non Brewer"

Includes: Pre-made Belgian Dubbel wort
You Provide: Yeast and fermentation at home

Competition: All participants are invited to enter our March Madness–style brew challenge.

Regions will be released shortly

Each region will crown a winner, with an overall Best of Show winner. Feedback will be provided based on BJCP guidelines.

How to Compete:

Select your yeast region at registration.
Use your creativity—add dry hops, oak, vanilla, or more!
Submit three 12-oz amber bottles by the drop-off deadline (details TBD).

Awards Ceremony:
Winners will be announced at Buffalo Creek Brewing (March 2026 TBD).
