Our very own Perfect Brewing Supply Recipe. Originally brewed at our Tighthead Brewery Series Class, this is a beer brewing kit for an IPA built to showcase a relatively new hop variety: Idaho 7. This hop is described as having huge flavor of resinous pine, as well as citrus and tropical fruit (think mangos). We are not shy with them in this beer recipe kit. There is a gentle caramel malt backbone to keep it from being too bitter, but this is a West Coast IPA, so there is still a firm bite. This recipe will be available for a limited time, with proceeds going to The Friends of Moraine Hills State Park, charity.

**During Summer months we highly recommend optioning for dry yeast.

**When choosing liquid yeast, there is a $1.50 surcharge for ice packs for shipping to ensure your yeast gets to you safely.
