Hop Burster is our beer brewing kit that is a light and refreshing take on classic American "C" hops, packed with citrus, pine, and floral notes that hearken back to classics like Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Moderate but firm bitterness with a combination of Cascade and Centennial hops makes this a beer brewing kit to return to again and again on a warm summer afternoon, or whenever the mood for hops takes you

**During Summer months we highly recommend optioning for dry yeast.

**When choosing liquid yeast, there is a $1.50 surcharge for ice packs for shipping to ensure your yeast gets to you safely.
