We had this coffee last year, and I remember liking it. I don’t remember liking it THIS much! This is an excellent natural process from Kayon Mountain Farm (directly adjacent to the famous Sidamo and Yirgacheffe growing regions). Expect aromatics of berry, cherry, fresh pastry, praline, and subtle florals. The cup is spectacularly smooth & bright with sweet notes of praline, cranberry, stone fruit (not quite cherry and not quite plum), citrus, and star fruit. This is exactly the kind of coffee that specialty coffee nerds like myself get excited about!
