All due respect to our other Ethiopian coffees, but I think this might be the best one I’ve tasted this year. It’s exactly what I want out of a natural process Yirgacheffe - bright, sweet, and zesty with almost candy-like fruit notes. I tasted blueberry, strawberry, nougat, and tangerine. There’s a milk chocolate presence as well, but it’s in the back seat and the berries are driving!
