I confess that my motivations for keeping a natural process Ethiopian coffee around are pretty self-serving. They are consistently among my favorites at any given time, if not at the top of that list. Lucky for me that a fair number of you seem to enjoy them just as much! With this bean, look for (or smell for, I guess) sweet & zesty aromatic notes of citrus, tamarind, and brown sugar. The cup is sweet and bright with notes of tangerine, tropical fruit, tamarind, and a subtle rose on the finish that increases as it cools.
