As such, we tend to get our hands on the best available ones, but that availability changes so rapidly that we go through a lot of them. This latest natural process offering, from the Buku Sayiso coffee mill, is quite spectacular! Aromatics include florals, tropical fruit, orange, and cane sugar. The cup is sweet and clean with lovely notes of blueberry, honeysuckle, lime, and cane sugar.
