Amberica the Beautiful (All Grain Recipe Kit) Beer Kit

This is an easy-drinking, balanced American Pale Ale that emphasizes drinkability over aggressive hop intensity. The restrained use of Citra and Amarillo provides fresh citrus complexity while the modest Crystal 80 adds just enough caramel depth to support the hops. At 5.3% ABV and 25 IBUs, it's a beer you could enjoy several pints of without palate fatigue.
