It contributes golden-hued color enhancement and flavor enrichment from its mild toffee notes in Lagers and Extra Pale Ales. Due to its low color, it’s incredibly versatile and can be used to enhance almost any beer style that needs a little sweetness. Simpsons Caramalt imparts lightly sweet flavors and adds a slight red hue to finished beers.
