This Belgian-style wheat beer kit utilizes grapefruit and lemon peel at the end of the boil to add a wonderful, bright citrus flavor. Along with the citrus peel, we threw in some Lemondrop-removed hops to amp up the fruity flavors in this beer brewing kit. The name is a play on the French word for grapefruit (pamplemousse). Light in color, alcohol and bitterness, this will be your new favorite lawnmower beer for the upcoming warmer months. **During Summer months we highly recommend optioning for dry yeast. **When choosing liquid yeast, there is a $1.50 surcharge for ice packs for shipping to ensure your yeast gets to you safely. **Yeast options are required.
