Our very own Perfect Brewing Supply Recipe. Take a break from the haze craze with this wonderfully balanced Beer Kit to create an India Red Ale. A healthy portion of rye adds a complex spicy note and also lends a silky texture to the beer kit. A blend of Simcoe, Amarillo and El Dorado come together to create a candied citrus flavor along with subtle pine in this beer brewing kit.

**During Summer months we highly recommend optioning for dry yeast.

**When choosing liquid yeast, there is a $1.50 surcharge for ice packs for shipping to ensure your yeast gets to you safely.

**Yeast options are required. If you would like another option please select no yeast and order yeast substitution separately.
