We know that this coffee was harvested by smallholder farmers in the Sidama region. We know that, like most Ethiopian coffee, this is an heirloom varietal that has been growing there for untold millennia before being cultivated. We know that it is a washed process coffee. And we know that we really like it. That’s all that we know. I can safely say that none of us knows any more than that. Oh wait, no, I’ve just remembered the Wonder Pets theme song! I guess we might know a little more. Anyway, this coffee smells like cane sugar, lemon sorbet, honey, and florals. It tastes like bergamot, lemonade, jasmine, and honey with a dark chocolate finish.
